Tell us a bit about the work the Institute of Air Quality Management currently does?
The Institute of Air Quality Management (IAQM) is the professional body for air quality professionals. We act as the voice of air quality in the UK by producing useful and timely guidance on matters affecting air quality professionals and by responding to government consultations.

We organise a busy CPD calendar each year, including major conferences, regional discussion meetings and an Early Careers Network for those in the early stages of their career. Our annual conferences, Routes to Clean Air and DMUG, are key events for air quality professionals to discuss topical issues and innovative work within the sector. Attendance at the majority of our events is free for members or heavily discounted. We also publish reports and journals concentrating on the science, modelling, policy and legal issues surrounding air quality. We run an active LinkedIn group for our professional members and circulate job opportunities, new guidance and insights into the work of the Institute. If you are an air quality professional, join the IAQM to ensure you hear about industry developments and opportunities first.

What is the goal/goals of the organisation?

The mission of the IAQM is to be the authoritative voice for air quality by maintaining, enhancing and promoting the highest standards of working practices in the field and the professional development of those who undertake this work.

Why have you chosen to partner with the Contamination Expo Series this year?
By partnering with the Clean Air Technology Expo as part of the Contamination Expo Series, we welcome the opportunity to connect with our members and other professionals across the sector. We will promote the membership and professional development benefits we offer in order to support our members throughout their careers, from graduation through chartership to fellowship. The IAQM is the professional body for air quality specialists. We look to promote our work and the voice of our members who are influential players in the development and innovation of this growing sector.
