Dr. Richard Howarth BSc; MSc; PhD; CSci; FGS

Richard has over twenty years’ experience of environmental, waste and resource management gained principally through the assessment and mitigation of environmental liabilities in a wide range of public and private business sectors both in the UK and overseas. He has extensive experience in the assessment of environmental risks and their management and remediation. This is complemented with significant experience in providing waste management advice and solutions particularly in the construction, development and utilities sectors adding value, developing land, promoting resource efficiency, reducing carbon intensity and ensuring compliance. Richard’s experience includes the design and management of restoration and remediation projects with substantial contract values for businesses.
