Rowland is a chartered scientist with almost 20 years spent working in the Wastewater non-infrastructure areas of the built environment in the UK. Over the course of his career, he has work with many UK utilities and contractors, providing process engineering input into wastewater and anaerobic digestion projects throughout their project lifecycles.
